Youth Protection Training Verification

To ensure the protection of scouts is to verify the Youth Protection Trained status and registration of each adult leader in attendance at camp. ALL adult leaders staying on property overnight must provide YPT verification. There are a few ways to process this. As an individual; or as a troop. The Key 3 of each troop have access in their my.scouting.org profile to view a report of their troops adult leaders.  There are instructions below on how to generate that report. (Must be a member of the troops Key 3). If this report can't be submitted; individual YPT Certificates will be accepted as valid proof of YPT certification. Step by Step how to generate report

1) Login to my.scouting.org
 
2) Select the menu
 
3) Expand troop unit
 
4) Click "YPT Report" (See Screenshot 1)

5) Click red button "Export to PDF" (See Screenshot 2)

6) Click "Confirm"

7) Save the generated PDF and upload to the unit's Black Pug account.
