Meet the crew
Hello everyone my name is Brennan Reynolds, and this is my 9th summer working on Yawgoog Staff and will be my 3rd summer as The Three Point Camp Director!!! I am from Richmond Rhode Island and graduated from Chariho High School in 2015 where I ran Cross Country and Track. I’m an Eagle Scout from Troop 1 Richmond RI. In the Spring of 2019, I graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics with a focus in Fluid Mechanics. Currently I am fortunate to work as a member of Yawgoog’s Ranger Team to help get camp ready and looking great for the Summer of 2020. I also will be traveling promoting Yawgoog’s amazing summer camp program this winter and spring to units from all over the country. When not at camp I enjoy spending my time snowboarding or hiking in New Hampshire’s White Mountains.

Hello Yawgoog Network! My name is Mitchel McGonagle and I am the Medicine Bow Camp Director! This will be my sixth summer on Staff, having spent time as a Program Commissioner and in the Yawgoog Leadership Experience. I have been involved in scouting since 2003 and earned the rank of Eagle Scout as a member of Troop 1 Bellingham. I recently graduated with a bachelor degree in Business Administration in May, and will be continuing my studies towards a masters degree in management from Worcester State University this fall. Being a part of camp staff has meant so much to me over the years, and I truly hope you all enjoy Yawgoog in this new and exciting forma!

My name is Quintin Reynolds (you can call me Q); I am 21 years old. I am an Eagle Scout from Troop 1 Richmond RI. I have worked at Yawgoog for the past six years, last year as the Sandy Beach Assistant Camp Director. My passions include snowboarding, lifting, and performing stand-up. A typical day for me includes subtly trying to make people laugh, working out, listening to music (and you can believe if I am in the car, I’m singing) and begging strangers to let me pet their dog. My favorite type of clothing is a hoodie because it feels like your head is getting a gentle hug. My pet peeve is when people don’t walk on the moving walk ways in airports, no explanation necessary. I am so thrilled to be a part of The Yawgoog Network this Summer! TNCRTB

Hi, my name is Jonathan DiLuglio. This will be my ninth year on staff and fourth year as Food Service Director. Each year I have brought a different focus to the summer trying to improve Yawgoog’s Food Service department and implement new technological processes in the way we work utilizing my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Rhode Island in 2018. In the offseason I am working at URI in the Dining Services department expanding my culinary knowledge. This Fall I will be starting classes for the URI Business MBA program. I am excited to work with the Yawgoog Network this summer to promote our summer program.

Hi, I'm Max Fenner, I'm 20 years old and hail from Tolland, CT. I'm going on my 6th year as a member of the Yawgoog staff and am honored and excited to be a part of the Yawgoog Network team. My favorite aspects of camp are the gorgeous trails, and being able to interact with new scouts and scouters and work alongside my fellow staff. |

I'm Ben Newcomb an Eagle Scout from Troop 51 Mansfield, Massachusetts. This is my fourth year on staff after starting as Camp Craft general staff in 2017. Some of you may recognize me as your Program Commissioner, or giving you the New Frontier camp tour!
I currently study at Brown University pursuing a Sc.B. in Chemical Engineering. At Brown, I am a trombonist in the Brown Band, and the Bear Bones. I am also the Nature Director for Brown's Camp Kesem chapter, which works with children affected by a parent's cancer. I hope to work in the chemicals industry and do research, and eventually teach chemistry. |
Hi my name's is Patrick Dalton, I am 19 years old from Mansfield, Massachusetts. This will be my fourth year on the Yawgoog staff, and I am super excited to be back at the Nature Center this year! I spent last summer as a three-point Program Commissioner, and two years prior to that working at the Kelly Environmental Education Center. My favorite thing about Yawgoog is the vast hiking and trails, no two are the same! I also love chicken tender day at the dinning hall! At the nature center this summer I can't wait to grow, and improve our over lunch programs and opportunities, so that as many units as possible can see the unique parts of Yawgoog without missing any program time. I am super excited for the 2020 summer and am ready to be back at camp!

Hello, my name is Alexzandria Wells. I am 20 years old and this will be my third summer at Yawgoog. I love working in the Bucklin office because I get to interact with the family and friends of Yawgoog. I currently attend the University of Connecticut. I am pursuing a B.A. in Theatre Studies with a concentration in Theatre Administration. I spend my time attending shows, reading scripts, and studying the impact of creativity on daily life. In my free time I like to hang out with my siblings and play with my dogs. |
Meet our Chaplains
This is Rabbi Goodman’s 20th year as Yawgoog’s Jewish Chaplain, but he's still not older than the Bucklin! He was ordained at Hebrew Union College in Cincinnati, Ohio--but we are not mentioning how far back THAT goes. Since then he's been able to hatch 'em, match 'em, and dispatch 'em. Yawgoog legend says that he's actually a gnome who hibernates at camp all winter until he can ride his trike out at the start of camp, but we're not so sure. Rabbi Goodman is always ready with a high five when you pass by--especially if he's standing on a rock with his flag in hand. He loves cheering us on, teaching us the values of the Scout Law, leading us in prayer, and lifting us up when we are down. Even though you can't visit him this year in the Temple of the Ten Commandments, he is looking forward to having a SABABA! summer.

Protestant Chaplain Richard Johnson
Hello Yawgoog Network! I started as your Protestant Chaplain the summer of 2015 and I have loved every minute of it! I was a missionary with Covenant Players Christian Theater Company for 26 years and became a licensed lay minister in 2013. Besides being in the pulpit, you can find me on stage, either acting or singing (listen for Breakfast with Dad this summer!) or you might find me behind the microphone doing voice over work. I have been married to my lovely wife Sharon for almost 32 years and we have 2 kids, Matthew and Rachel. I am looking forward to what this summer holds for us all!

Hi Everyone! My name is Father Carl Fisette and I will be one of the Catholic Chaplains for the Yawgoog Network this summer. A week at Camp Yawgoog with Troop 8, Woonsocket, was a regular part of my summer growing up and it’s always great to return to Camp. In addition to helping out at Yawgoog the past few summer, I am also the Catholic chaplain at the University of Rhode Island and The Prout School in Wakefield. I am a graduate of Bryant College and did my formation for the priesthood at Immaculate Conception Seminary on the campus of Seton Hall University in New Jersey before being ordained a priest in 2006. Be assured of my prayers for you this summer. God bless.
