SafeGuarding Youth/ Youth Protection Training Verification

To ensure the protection of scouts is to verify the Safeguarding Youth and/or Youth Protection Trained status and registration of each adult leader in attendance at camp. ALL adult leaders staying on property overnight must be registered members of their unit provide SYT/ YPT verification. Any adult leader in the troop have access in their my.scouting.org profile to view a report of their troops adult leaders.  There are instructions below on how to generate that report.  This PDF form of the SYT Aging Report will be the only form accepted. Step by Step how to generate report

1) Login to my.scouting.org
 
2) Select the menu (Top Left)
 
3) Expand troop unit
 
4) Click "YPT Reports" (See Screenshot 1)

5) Click red button "Export to PDF" (See Screenshot 2)

6) Click "Confirm"

7) Save the generated PDF and upload to the unit's Black Pug account.
