That's right, for the first year, eligible Scouts can enter their name in the lottery between May 6 - May 25. This sign-up will not guarantee participation in the program but will show your interest in participation. Scouts will be selected by a random lottery. Selected Scouts will be notified by June 1.

The Big 6Who: Scouts who are 14+ are able to participate in this program. Class sessions are limited to 6 participants each. What: Scouts have the opportunity to take Welding Merit Badge and work with experienced welders hands on at Camp Yawgoog. When: Two sessions of this merit badge are offered Monday through Thursday; one at 9:00am -10:30am and one at 10:30am - 12:00pm. Where: Scouts meet at Barn and Warehouse area at the Ranger Lot Why: Older Scouts need more opportunities to learn about career opportunities, try something new, and have fun! Cost: There is no cost for this program! |
